If we determine there is a training need, we partner with you to conduct a learner and task analysis to determine the best method for training the learner. You will receive a design document detailing all aspects of the training that addresses the needs uncovered by the analyses. You will also receive draft training materials for your review, a training pilot, final training materials, and an evaluation form and evaluation report to continually improve your training.
